We're excited to introduce you to PropertyMe, your one-stop platform for accessing all your leasing information in one place! Our goal is to make the leasing process as straightforward and convenient as possible for you.
With the PropertyMe Owner Mobile App and the Owner Web Access, everything related to your Property is now at your fingertips. Easily access all relevant financial information, preview upcoming inspections, see tenant lease details, directly message your Property Manager and more! - all from the palm of your hand!
Signing Up for PropertyMe Client Access:
Signing up for Client Access will give you 24/7 access to information about your property. You can lodge jobs, message our agency, view documents and see where you are paid up to.
Once you have received the Client Access invitation from your Property Manager, click on the online link to access the Client Access login page.
If you haven't received an invitation from your Property Manager yet, contact your Property Manager directly to ask for an invitation.
From the login page, click on Sign Up.
Enter your email address in the Email Address Field then click on Email Me.
You will then receive an Email Sent Successfully confirmation.
Open your email account to check for this email.
Once you receive the email, click on Confirm Email Address.
If you can't see the email, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't see the email, your email provider may have blocked the email. You will need to add [email protected] to your Safe Sender list in your email account then complete STEP 3 and 4 again. Each email provider will have specific instructions on how to set this up, you will need to check your email provider's Help articles/guides for instructions.
A new tab will open on your browser.
Enter in your details and create a password.
Tick the checkbox to accept our terms and conditions then click on Activate.
You will be taken to the login page.
Enter in your login details and click on Log In.
You will see a pop-up appear on your screen.
Tick the checkbox against I am the owner of this property and click Accept.
If you clicked on Decline by mistake, you will need to get in touch with your Property Manager to relink the property to your email address. Once your Property Manager confirms that this has been completed, log out and log back in to trigger the pop-up again.
If you don't receive the invitation at all, you will need to get in touch with your Property Manager to check that you have signed up with the correct email address. If you have used the wrong email address, you will need to complete the signup process again with the correct email address.

Where do I obtain the App?
You will need to go to the respective app store for your device and search for PropertyMe Owner. The minimum operating requirements are iOS 13 and above for Apple devices and Android devices need to be on 5.0+
How do I log into the Owner Mobile App?
Once the app is downloaded, you will need to use the same login details that you currently use to login into Client Access through the web.
How can I contact my Property Manager from the App?
To contact your Property Manager, select a property, tap on Property Manager at the tip of the screen and then select the form of communication.
