HUGE THUMBS UP TO Colin Hewett Real Estate.

I would recommend this real estate a thousand times over.

Earlier this year I got out of pretty rough relationship and needed to leave Wellington ASAP as my daughter and I were at risk of homelessness. I have always received bond back in the past and never had any disputes with any real estates.

I tried all the main real estates and was attending inspections 3+ times a week without any luck. Instead I received emails of being “unsuccessful”. was a very daunting and stressful period.

I was recommended Colin by a lady whom went through him and only had positive stuff to say.

Colin & Jenny were able to secure me a rental agreement within 3 weeks!!!! He was highly professional and listened to my circumstances and found a house within my price range and in the location I wanted!
Unfortunately 4 months into the lease the owner decided to terminate my contract at the end of the 6 months lease…. (yay)

Never mind, the amazing Colin was an absolute saint, he found a bigger house at the same price, we were lucky enough to move in the week the pandemic hit Dubbo. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to hand back the keys as became a close contact x 5 and was very sick for 3 weeks, Colin was supportive and said my health is more important and didn’t make me pay any extra even though I wasn’t able to hand back the keys at the date set.

I couldn’t ask for a better real estate agent, a genuine bloke who is transparent during the whole process and 100% advocates for you whilst you are his tenant.
